1. Delivery Times & Destinations
We deliver all orders completely free of charge. Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times across different regions:

2. Processing & Order Tracking
- Processing Time: Orders placed on business days (Mon–Fri) before 12:00 PM CET will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Tracking: Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a live tracking link.
3. Transport Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please report the issue directly to the carrier upon receipt whenever possible, and contact our customer service team immediately.
4. Incorrect Addresses & Returns
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee for re-shipment.
